Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of manasity.com and the Manasity platform, including the academy websites built with it (the “Service”), provided by Manasity (“Manasity”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree to them on its behalf and confirm that you are allowed to.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

1. The Service

Manasity gives teachers and education centers tools to publish their own websites and to run their students, classes, attendance and team. The Service is in early access: features may change, be added or be removed.

Some features described on our website are marked “coming soon”. This means they are planned but not available yet, and they may change or not be released.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Students may use a Customer’s academy website under that Customer’s supervision.

You are responsible for the information in your account, for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Fees

The Service is free during early access. We plan to offer paid plans later; the prices on our pricing page are planned prices and may change. We will tell you before any fees apply, and you will then be able to choose a plan or stop using the Service. Taxes may apply.

4. Your content and your students’ data

You keep all rights to the content and data you put into the Service (“Your Content”), including your website, materials and student records. You give Manasity a limited permission to host, store, copy, display and process Your Content only to operate, protect and improve the Service for you.

You are responsible for Your Content and for having the right to use it. When you collect information about students, parents or website visitors, you are responsible for telling them how you use it, for having a lawful reason to collect it, and for getting any consent the law requires, including a parent’s consent for children.

Manasity processes your students’ information on your behalf and as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any law or violate anyone’s rights;
  • upload content that is illegal, harmful, hateful or sexually explicit, or that infringes intellectual property;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service;
  • upload viruses or harmful code, or try to disrupt or overload the Service or to access it or other accounts without permission;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or collect data from it with automated tools, except as the law allows;
  • impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with anyone.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Manasity’s rights

The Service, including its software, design, templates, logos and the Manasity name, belongs to Manasity and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you no rights to them other than to use the Service as allowed here. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

7. Third-party services

The Service may link to or work with services we don’t control, such as YouTube or Vimeo videos on your website. Their own terms and policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or its other users; when it is reasonable, we will tell you first. Before an account is closed, you can export your data or ask us for a copy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Manasity makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Manasity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Manasity’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate Manasity for claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that can’t be resolved this way will be decided by the competent courts of Egypt, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we will tell you by email or in the Service before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a right, we haven’t given it up. You may not transfer these Terms to anyone else without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Manasity about the Service. The Arabic and English versions are equally valid; if they differ, the English version applies.
